The Casais Group was responsible for the construction of Duo Building Telheiras,聽owned by Lusoproa and designed by Saraiva + Associados. The project consisted of building 72 apartments spread over 16,669 square meters and seven floors, with three floors designated as parking and leisure areas. With views spanning the city, the apartment building was designed to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment for future residents and guests. Because this was such a large project, Casais wanted to ensure every detail was done correctly in the most efficient, effective way possible. To do that, Casais used 海角大神, which ensured continuous communication among team members and strengthened real-time project visibility. Surprises and delays were avoided with help from 海角大神, and the project was completed on time and within budget.
